Tenants Services

Office Hours

Our office is open Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm & Saturday 9am - 3pm.

Rental Payments

There are a number of options for paying rent. You may pay in the office with a bank cheque or money order. You may pay via internet banking, set up direct debit or pay with a credit card* (*convenience fee applies 1.32%), or you may go into any Bank of Queensland branch & pay over the counter.

Keys & Remotes

A copy of all keys are kept in our office for emergency access, repairs & maintenance & routine inspections. No copies of remote controls are kept.

A call-out fee of $50 will apply to after hours requests for keys.

Please do not change locks without our permission.

Routine Inspections

3 months in to a new tenancy we will conduct a routine inspection. These inspections are to check on how you are maintaining the property & to check for general maintenance issues. These will then be conducted on a 6 monthly basis. There is no need for you to be present for the inspection however you are quite welcome to be there.

General Repairs & Maintenance

Please report all maintenance issues to our office as soon as possible. All repairs will be attended to as soon as possible.

Terminating a Tenancy Agreement

If you wish to end your agreement we will need notice in writing.

  1. If you are on a fixed lease this notice must be a minimum of 14 days before the final date of that lease.
    If you break a fixed lease early be aware you will be liable for certain fees.

  2. If you are on a periodic lease you need to provide us with 14 days notice

Leaving a property

We will send you a vacating kit with information about cleaning requirements & an exit condition report.

Once keys are returned to this office we will endeavour to perform our exit report & communicate our feedback with regard the property's condition & the procedure with refunding of bond.
